E-Series

I have installed the E-Series detectors and applied power but there is no red LED indication shown. What does this mean?
This indicates that the detectors have no power, please recheck all wiring.

When the E-Series detector is triggered, the doors continue to close when they should re-open. What is causing this?
The lift door contacts could be faulty, check the door contacts
