When on the device page
- Select ‘Utilities’ then Select ‘Background Test Call’
- Results of Connection & Operation will appear in the ‘Log’ Box
- After recieving acknowledgment & connection in the Log, select "Events" > "Auto-dialler Events" found in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page
- The page will show a list of events. Confirm the event has been completed for that site by reading the event from the event log
