How to check for EN81-28 non-compliant units 

1. On home page of the HUB, click on “EN81-28 Failing Installations” located at the top of the home page. A number on red will be shown underneath. This represents the number of installations that have failed the 72hr/3day Background Check Call. 

2. By clicking on ‘View’ unit will take to directly to the ‘Buildings’ Record so you are then able to contact the unit to confirm programming

The units highlighted in Red = Failed 72H Test, the others seen = Background Call Received & Fault now cleared.
