The Contract feature allows you to limit what buildings can be seen from certain users on your account.
An example is if you had buildings A, B & C and only wanted your maintenance provider to see company C on the hub, you would then set that person up as a sub-company and allow that person only view that building.
• How to create a Contract
1. Click on the “Tools” section and select “Users”
2. Click on “Contracts"
3. Add in name for desired contract and click "Create Contract"
4. A message will pop-up saying: “Success: Contract ‘Demo Company’ has been successfully saved”
5. Click into the contract you have just created select 'Create User'
6. Add in the details relating to the user you want to create.
Applying a Contract to a building
Once complete you will now be able to assign a contract to a building thus limiting the user to see only the buildings selected. This is done by selecting the contract on the buildings page (as shown below):
